George[]
George is a human who was mutated into a giant gorilla that was similar to King Kong.
In the first game, he was a scientist who was mutated by experimental vitamins.
In Rampage World Tour, George was a scientist at Scumlabs who was mutated by a lab explosion.
In Rampage: Total Destruction, George was a man in his 20s who drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant gorilla.
In the 2018 film, George (motion-captured by Jason Liles) is an albino gorilla that is similar to Snowflake. He is mutated by an otherworldly experiment.
Lizzie[]
Lizzie is a human who was mutated into a giant lizard monster that was similar to Godzilla.
In the first video game, Lizzie was a woman who was mutated upon swimming in a lake that was filled with discarded radioactive waste.
In Rampage World Tour, Lizzie was a scientist at Scumlabs who was mutated by a lab explosion.
In Rampage: Total Destruction, Lizzie was a beautiful woman who drank Scum Soda where she had a violent reaction that turned her into a giant lizard monster.
In the 2018 film, a crocodile which can be deemed as Lizzie is mutated by an otherworldly experiment. In this incarnation, she gains a boar's tusks, a fish's gills and a gecko's feet.
Ralph[]
Ralph is a human who was mutated into a giant werewolf-like monster.
In the first video game, Ralph was a human who was mutated by a food additive that was in his hot dog.
In Rampage World Tour, Ralph was a scientist at Scumlabs who was mutated by a lab explosion.
In Rampage: Total Destruction, Ralph drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant werewolf-like monster.
In the 2018 film, a wolf which can be deemed as Ralph is mutated by an otherworldly experiment. It is also shown to glide in the air like a flying squirrel having gained the wing membranes of one. He was also shown to be able to grow and shoot quills, similar to a porcupine.
V.E.R.N.[]
V.E.R.N. (short for Violently Enraged Radioactive Nemesis and sometimes spelled Vern) is a giant abomination who can fly.
He first appeared in Rampage: World Tour where any monster can turn into him.
In Rampage: Total Destruction, Vern was given a scrawnier appearance and wears a loincloth.
Curtis[]
Curtis is a giant laboratory mouse monster.
Debuting in Rampage 2: Universal Tour, Curtis was originally a scientist at Scumlabs who was mutated by a lab explosion.

Boris is a giant rhinoceros monster.
Debuting in Rampage 2: Universal Tour, Boris was originally a scientist at Scumlabs who was mutated by a lab explosion.

Debuting in Rampage: Total Destruction, Bart drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant bat monster. As he has no wings, Bart flies by flapping his arms after doing a double jump.

Rhett[]
Rhett is a giant rat monster.
Debuting in Rampage: Total Destruction, Rhett drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant rat monster.
Rocky[]
Rocky is a giant granite monster in its molten magma state.
Debuting in Rampage: Total Destruction, Rocky drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant granite monster. In this form, Rocky takes less damage from gunfire.
Rojo[]
Rojo is a giant cattle monster in a nose ring with an appearance that is similar to the Minotaur.
Debuting in Rampage: Total Destruction, Rojo drank Scum Soda where he had a violent reaction that turned him into a giant cattle monster. It should be known that he doesn't eat steak due to him being part cattle. If he accidentally ate it, he will vomit.

Venus is a giant plant monster with a crocodile-like head and plant-like tendrils for legs.

Scumlabs is an evil and corrupt company that was responsible for the creation of the monsters. Among the members are:
Eustace DeMonic[]
Eustace DeMonic is a businessman and the CEO of Scumlabs who appears in Rampage World Tour. When he confronts George, Ralph, and Lizzie on the Moon, he transforms into a giant bouncing monster to fight them. George, Ralph, and Lizzie managed to kill Eustace in his monster form.
Dr. Elizabeth Veronica[]
Dr. Elizabeth Veronica is a scientist at Scumlabs.
In Rampage World Tour, Dr. Elizabeth Veronica worked with George, Ralph, and Lizzie at a Scumlabs facility in Toxic Hollow, Illinois until an experiment mutated George, Ralph and Lizzie. Upon becoming the only survivor of the monster attacks and heading to the Moon, Dr. Veronica uses a ray gun on the monsters and heads back to Earth. Though she doesn't know that the ray gun she used was a shrink ray.
Mr. Z[]
Mr. Z is the CEO of Scumlabs in Rampage: Total Destruction.
He is first seen as an unnamed male worker is telling Mr. Z and those with him about their product Scum Soda. The video the man shows has George tasting the Scum Soda until he mutates into his monster form due to a negative reaction to the Scum Soda. Mr. Z asks the man about how many had a negative reaction to the soda. Depending on the version of the video game, the man will tell Mr. Z either 30 or 40 as Mr. Z states that Scum Labs will be ruined if this gets out to the press. A scientist present states to Mr. Z that the monsters were placed in cryo-tubes that are hidden where nobody can find them. As the man states that Scum Soda will be huge, George suddenly appears and grabs the man as Mr. Z states that they have a problem.
In the final scene, the injured man appears before Mr. Z and informs him that Scum Soda is a hit. Mr. Z states that nobody cares if they turn into giant monsters. The two men then laugh as the final shot shows a television broadcasting George's attacks.

Davis Okoye[]
Davis Okoye (portrayed by Dwayne Johnson[1]) is a primatologist and head of an anti-poaching unit out of Rwanda. He was the one who discovered George and bonded with him.
Dr. Kate Caldwell[]
Dr. Kate Caldwell (portrayed by Naomie Harris) is a discredited genetic engineer.
Claire Wyden[]
Claire Wyden (portrayed by Malin Åkerman), the corrupt terrorist CEO of Energyne (the film's incarnation of Scumlabs) responsible for the infection and mutation of George, Ralph, and Lizzie with the mutagenic serum for "Project: Rampage."
