Template:Wikipedia category

Images in this category are claimed to be used as fair use under United States copyright law.

Note that since the validity of fair use depends on the use, and since the Template:fairuse (talk, links, edit) tag is deprecated, there should not be any images in this category directly; all should be in an appropriate subcategory (typically via the use of a different template). If a new fair use tag is created and does not yet have enough images to warrant a new sub-category, the images should be added to Category:Uncategorized fair use images.

Images previously added to this category using Template:fairuse (talk, links, edit) have been moved to Category:Fair use tag needs updating; such images should either be changed to use Template:Non-free fair use in (talk, links, edit) or a more specific tag.
